RENTAL EXPERIENCE

The rental application process can vary depending on factors such as the responsiveness of referees and the complexity of the checks required. Generally, it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to complete the process and receive approval from the landlord.

You’ll typically need to provide proof of identity, such as a passport or driver’s license, proof of address, such as utility bills or bank statements, proof of income, such as payslips or tax returns, and references from previous landlords or employers.

Fees may include a security deposit (usually equivalent to one or two months’ rent), the first month’s rent in advance, and any administration or referencing fees – we will clarify these to you during the rental process.

Any alterations or modifications to the property would require the landlord’s permission. It’s essential to seek approval before making any changes, and any alterations should be agreed upon in writing to avoid disputes at the end of the tenancy.
