How We Handle Sales Progression
Sales progression is one of the most important parts of a successful property move. Once a sale has been agreed subject to contract, having a dedicated person overseeing the transaction helps to keep buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and every other party moving in the same direction.
The Importance of Sales Progression
Marco Harris will act as your single point of contact from the memorandum of sale through to exchange, completion and key handover. Your sales progressor will chase outstanding actions, identify potential delays, help resolve issues and provide regular updates through your preferred method of communication. This creates one clear line of communication, keeps everyone accountable and takes much of the stress and uncertainty out of the moving process.
Alongside the experience and personal service of our dedicated sales progression team, we also use AI-assisted technology to help identify outstanding actions, monitor key milestones and alert us to potential delays before they become bigger issues. We believe the best results come from combining intelligent technology with genuine human communication. The technology helps us stay organised, proactive and informed, while our people remain responsible for making decisions, resolving problems and supporting you throughout the move. By embracing new technology to assist our team, rather than replace it, we can provide a faster, clearer and more efficient sales progression service.
